Summary
Dana returns to Miguel's apartment to find Lyla shoving crullers down Gabriel's throat. She believes Miguel to be dead (after how Thor threw him away).
After Spider-Man, the Punisher, Ravage, and Doom stopped the Aesir, they agreed to leave Valhalla before it destroyed itself. As Miguel and Jake left, Doom took control of the floating city (which he renamed Libera Cielo). Doom warns them to stay away, and Spidey and the Punisher part less then amiably. Spider-Man returns Downtown to realize the religious vacuum created by the rise and fall of "Thor". He found a group gathered listening to Bloodsword, who had found Mjolnir when it fell on the head of his former lieutenant, Hogun. Worse, his mother Conchata was there listening to him. Miguel decides to take his mother away. Conchata resists, and the newly named Bloodhammer hauls Miguel on stage. Miguel preys upon the Thorism in the crowd to distract everyone while he frees himself from Bloodhammer's bondage. Arguments of faith ensue in the crowd, and Miguel and Conchata leave. Rev. McAdam, formerly Thor, recovers Mjolnir, and sullenly walks off.
