Summary

  X-Force breaks into a hospital and abducts Crule, who is in a body cast (presumably from falling out of the IPAC in iss. 15). They get his help to attack the other Externals.

  Sam talks to Xavier, who knows very little about them, and they debate whether Sam can break his promise to Gideon (iss. 15) since the Externals kidnapped his teammates (iss. 21).

  Cornered by Weapon: PRIME, Domino and Grizzly escape through the sewer, and get away in Hammer's Winnebago-jet.

  In Oregon, Sunspot, Feral, Shatterstar, and Rictor crash their IPAC into Saul's house, and attack before he and Gideon can rally. They free Warpath, Boomer, and Siryn, remind the Externals that Sam technically kept his promise, and warn them to leave them alone, despite Saul's plea that the Externals may all die unless they can study Sam.

  In Massachusetts, Copycat has escaped and is packing to leave when she is caught again by Sluggo and Deadpool. Then Domino, Grizzly, and Hammer show up, and Copycat quickly offers to lead them to X-Force.
