Summary

  The MLF attack Gyrich's home. He activates Hardaway, a cybernetic biosentry designed to kill all mutants. Moonstar and Locus arrive and quickly kill him (and 2 others), and take Gyrich captive.

  X-Force taps into a meeting of Cooper, Forge, Fury, and Xavier discussing the MLF; neither the X-Men or X-Factor are in a position to do anything, so X-Force decides to go for it.

  In Magneto's old base in the Bermuda Triangle (Uncanny 6, 148), Wildside beats on Gyrich; Reignfire apologizes and says he wants to split mutants from humans and create a mutant army to conquer the world.

  X-Force breaks in, and fighting ensues. They are shocked to find Dani helping the MLF (she was a teammate until New Mutants 87, when she stayed in Asgard as a Valkyrie); Shatterstar and Wildside are in a standoff, holding Reaper and Siryn captive, respectively; Cable is about to spring Gyrich when Reignfire attacks him.
