Summary
The nun who helped Joseph (X-Men II:46) is attacked, then her attacker is killed by two slugs – Maggott's. He also asks her where Joseph went.
The Shi'ar begin rebuilding their devastated world; Lilandra throws a celebration of their victory, and Joseph is angry they aren't mourning their dead, instead. Remy digs a hole, shamed at having once worked for a villain (see iss. 350). Hank wants to get back with Trish; she wants to take it slow this time.
Deathbird escorts the X-Men home; en route, Bishop reads her history and is fascinated. She flirts with him, but when he reminds her of her exile, she throws the records in the fire.
The ship lurches: a huge ship passes close by them, also on its way to Earth. But before either ship can get to it, the stargate explodes.
