Summary
Note: The X-Man series issues 1-4 were the Age of Apocalypse version of Cable.
"The most dangerous being on the planet" has fallen onto our earth in Switzerland, crawls out of the crater, and wanders, disoriented. He is hit by a truck, and the when driver tries to help him, he freaks out, thinking he is on his world and Apocalypse is after him. He wanders into town, confused, and a stranger, Claris, takes him in, and he gives his name as "Nate Grey", half-remembering Jean. He sleeps, and his subconscious mind brings Madelyne Pryor into being.
In Westchester, Xavier senses Nate's power but, strangely, is unable to trace him.
