Summary

  Shatterstar and Domino break into Strong's facility near Houston, where he is floating in a tank, pending a new body (see Ann. 2). Crispin finds them and debates ethics; she has created a new Sentinel chip to hunt mutants, but blames mutants for making themselves targets.

  Rictor and Warpath surveille Suntas, using Cable's handy-dandy x-ray camera to photograph his research. Cable warns Forge that the military has made these advancements, 50 years too early according to future-history.

  Siryn asks Banshee for information on Nimrod. Paige intends to attend Xavier's new school (Massachusetts Academy, see Generation X).

  X-Force breaks into Camp Hayden to destroy Nimrod. Rictor shakes the ground subtly to disrupt the hardware; Siryn screams so high she puts all the soldiers to sleep. But then Nimrod activates itself and attacks, determined to destroy all mutants.
