Summary
Note: this is part of the Operation: Zero Tolerance (OZT) crossover.
Bobby, Cecelia, and Marrow ice-slide their way up Long Island Sound. Sabra had collapsed a building onto the Prime Sentinels, introduced herself, and bullies them all into trusting her. Bobby wonders if this team will be all that's left of the X-Men. Sabra takes them to rescue Timothy Jones, since she lost her own son to terrorism. Suddenly, Marrow dives into the water and comes up with a Sentinel.
Kelly has given a speech against genocide, and Gyrich debates the issue with him.
Bobby's team enters the mansion and is immediately surrounded by Sentinels. Bastion explains that he had hoped to stop the mutants by cutting down Xavier, Scott, and Ororo, but he now realizes more mutants will pop up to take their places. He lets Timothy and his "mother" Rose leave and explains that he has learned to be human and to avoid weaknesses like emotions and regrets. Marrow tries to attack him, but Bobby freezes everyone, saying this is an X-Man thing, and takes the fight out to the beach, mano-a-mano.
Bastion throws him down, but turns out it was just an ice-statue, and Bobby bashes him from behind, angry over the attack on his father (UXM 340), but having nursed him and realized hate destroys the hater. He stands down and offers to let Bastion renounce his humanity and kill them all. He is about to give an order but gets interrupted by SHIELD: the US government has rescinded OZT's authority, and they are taken into custody.
The rest of the X-Men are already free (Wolverine 115-118), and Bobby explains to Marrow that the desire to kill is not good.
