Summary

  A brief scene in the airport where Logan and Gambit are attempting to board a flight bound for Tokyo. Logan has some trouble getting through the metal detector because of his adamantium-laced skeleton. Even after they stripped him down to his skin, airport security doesn't believe that he has adamantium skeleton. Logan had to resort to sticking his arm through the x-ray device that checks bags for metallic objects to convince them. Even so, security wouldn't let him board because of how an internal part of his body had six blades with cutting edges that were longer than permissible (his claws). Gambit suggests that a call to Nick Fury could clear the situation up.Elsewhere, the cyborg Cylla is activated after the "Logan flag" had been tripped when Logan had called S.H.I.E.L.D. To delay Logan and give Cylla the opportunity the chance to attack Logan, a package with her in it was loaded onto the plane with Logan's name as the one who this package belonged to.In Tokyo, Jubilee, while in jail, is confronted by three female hoodlums who were planning to beat her up and take her stuff. Jubilee wards them away with her mutant powers, but that causes her to be detained and sent to a detention center.Finally arriving into Tokyo, Gambit and Wolverine boards a taxi and heads for the police station. The taxi driver seems to take a short cut, but Logan and Gambit then discovers they were ambushed by two ninjas of the Hand. they easily dispense of the ninjas and proceeds on to the police station.We then see a phone conversation between Tsurayaba Matsuo, leader of the Hand, and Mariko Yashida, head of the Yashida clan, talk about Logan's arrival to Japan. Matsuo warns her that she had better not called Logan for reinforcement to her clan, but Mariko insists that her clan had nothing to do with Logan's arrival into Japan.

  Upon arriving to the police station, Logan is notified that Jubilee had been taken to a correctional facility. He tries to reclaim his motorcycle, too, but is stopped by Jotaro Isuzu because Logan unknowingly had broken other import violations, and detains Logan to show him what had been apprehended from him.On the police van that was taking Jubilee to the correctional facility, Jubilee encounters Reiko inside. Reiko attempts to kill Jubilee because Matsuo had taken the corneas out of her eyes by laser surgery, and advances upon her in the van with a blade coated with blowfish toxin.Back at the police station, Inspector Isuzu tells Logan of what they had apprehended from him: the package (that Logan didn't know he had) which contained a cyborg, some telecommunication devices, and other items that were not allowed to be imported. Upon opening the box, the cyborg strikes.In the front office of the police station, while Gambit charms some ladies there, Sunfire enters upon hearing news that his friends, the X-Men, were having some trouble there. The two are attacked by some ninjas sent by the hand.Back in the van, Reiko was close to stabbing Jubilee until she hears how she was associated with Patch (Logan's alternate ego who Reiko was much more familiar with). Reiko spares Jubilee her life.To the police station: the Cylla and Logan duels it out while Gambit and Sunfire squares it off with the ninjas. On the van, Jubilee is allowed to escape by Reiko. Jubilee runs into Yukio who knows of Logan, and the two heads off to look for Logan.
