2099 Series Matrix	The 2099 series of Marvel Comic's explores a possible future in the Marvel Universe. In this future universe all the major super hero's of the 20'th century mysteriously died off or disappeared, with very little known what caused this event. Mega corporations filled the vacuum and rule there respective region with an iron hand. This series show the creation of alternate version of known hero's and villain's are re-imaged in this new future setting.
M2 Matrix	M2 Universe is based in a future alternate time line where the daughter of spider-man lived and was reunited with her parents. And Spider-man retired due to the lose of his leg in battle.
Age of Apocalypse Matrix	The storyline starts with Legion (David Haller), a psychotic mutant who traveled back in time to kill Magneto before he can commit various crimes against humanity. Legion accidentally kills Professor Charles Xavier, his father, leading to a major change in the timeline. The death of Professor Xavier leads Apocalypse to attack 10 years sooner than he did in the original timeline, taking control of Earth and altering everything that happened from that point forward. Apocalypse is opposed by several factions of mutant resistance, including a group led by Magneto.
