I just went to checkin, and see the status of any upgrades to Thumbsplus, but looks like the website/ftp is down. I been using this software for probably close to 20 years. I found a gofundme page, where the Owner/Developer had cancer and confirmed he passed away this last May 22, 2024, which saddens me. I remember finding this software at the end of my highschool years (end of aol, start of the internet), in the shareware bins of the time, and been using versions of it ever since. They where working on a 64 bit version of the software (Jan 2020 News Letter), which would be a complete rewrite of the software, which is a huge undertaking. It does look like the company behind thumbsplus has shutdown as of 7-31-2024. It does sadden me to think this will be the last we hear of this Company/software. So save your current codes and install files for it. As it doesn't look like the main website will ever come back to download from. I just wish the family the best. If the family can not continue the sofware, I hope they could put the code up under a open coding license.
