Summary

  Spider-Man and the Specialist continue their battle. At the offices of Stark-Fujikawa, they vow that if their Specialist is dishonored, they will be forced to exact retribution. The Public Eye arrive to contain the fight Kasey Nash, wanting to help her savior, steals a Public Eye Flyboy cycle (from Estevez, of all people), and tries to fly Spidey to safety. However, the Specialist continues to hold on. Spider-Man saves the Specialist from falling to his death, but receives a kick to his stomach for thanks. Enraged, Miguel slashes and accidentally slits his throat. Despite Stone's orders to hold back, the Public Eye open fire on Spider-Man, which sends the hero plunging Downtown.
