Summary

  Spider-Man is attacked by an undercover SIEGE unit (SItuation Emergency GEar, a co-venture by Alchemax and Stark-Fujikawa), which proves to be quite formidable. Before he can strangle Spidey, he is blasted by Thanatos, who has some personal grudge against Alchemax. Spidey doesn't see him, but notices the omega symbol on his aircraft. While going over the details with Lyla, Miguel asks her for her to think of an opinion. Lyla responds by "thinking" she's in love with Miguel. At Alchemax, Miguel meets Jordan Boone, whose genius and ego rivals Miguel's. Boone works in the virtual unreality division of Euromax and was transferred to Alchemax. Complaining to Tyler Stone, Miguel finds Dana in the office, to his utter shock and anger while Thanatos watches from outside.
