Summary

  Sunspot attempts to revive Gideon, but he is dead, though an External. Absalom and Crule jump on him and Caliban, assuming they killed Gideon. Roberto calls for back-up, and X-Force races to the rescue.

  Shatterstar attacks Crule with relish, having recently doubted his abilities as a warrior.

  James climbs up the side of the building to Gideon's penthouse, sensing a presence. He finds Saul, dead, and Selene, who fells him with one blow.

  Domino stops Shatterstar from killing Crule, and realizes that someone has weakened the Externals.
