Summary

  Arcade wants X-Treme and Shatterstar to fight to the death, else he will kill Windsong, who is Shatterstar's betrothed. He throws his sword at her, revealing her to be just a hologram, and he and X-Treme go to rescue the real Windsong (not knowing Arcade doesn't even have her). They find Arcade, and Locke pretends to have Windsong, so Shatterstar plunges his sword into his own chest (!). As Arcade tries to make a deal with X-Treme, a renascent Shatterstar (quick metabolism) stabs him in the back, and he turns out to be a robot. X-Treme goes to find Milbury, the man who hired Arcade; Shatterstar returns with Rictor to camp.

  At camp, Tempo leaves; Domino arrives (the real one, this time). Siryn invites Warpath go visit Ireland with her, unaware that Black Tom has taken possession of Cassidy Keep.
