Summary

  The Exiles have had many further adventures: in the Savage Land, failing to prevent the assassination of President Tony Stark, on the Gamma Planet where everyone is a Hulk, against the Spider-Demon, against the X-Babies, with the Antelope Men, etc. The Tallus gave them some downtime, and Clarice and Calvin grew closer while Kevin played Canute.

  Now T.J., Calvin, and John are gladiators, fighting to survive. This earth was easily conquered by the Skrulls a century ago and is now used as a pleasure world.

  Clarice is taken into the city as a new captive, but the Skrull guards detect another mutant: Kevin, posing as her Skrull captor. There's a shape-shifter melee, and Clarice barely makes their escape. They've been trying to rescue their teammates but can't find a way into the city. Sam Wilson finds them and offers to help, while the games continue.

  Two Skrulls on a scout ship are suddenly destroyed by a meteor shower: it's Terrax, herald of Galactus, who is approaching Earth.

  Wilson takes Clarice and Kevin to Reed Richards.
