Summary

  The Madri prepare the ritual execution ofBishop as a heretic against Apocalypse. Storminterrupts with hurricane winds, then uses lock picksto free Bishop.

  Quicksilver and Sean get to the original JamieMadrox, a drooling madman who begs them to kill him.

  Rogue's team returns to Westchester, finding onlyColossus, Kitty, and Illyana there. They are shockedto learn that Generation Next is all dead, then Rogueleads them into the tunnels to find Charles. They findExodus, Dazzler, Gambit, Lila, and Jubilee. When Roguelearns that Gambit lost her son, she punches himthrough the roof.

  While Quicksilver and Sean consider killing Madrox tostop the Madri, Abyss attacks them. Sean holds himoff, telling Quicksilver to get Madrox out of there.He dives into Abyss, then screams and tears him apartfrom the inside. The explosion knocks down thetabernacle. Quicksilver gets Madrox free; he uses allhis power to stop his Madri and dies.

  Rogue is still beating Gambit when Nightcrawler portsin with Destiny, and Quicksilver's team returns andsays they have to retrieve his brother and the M'Kraanshard.
