Summary

  Xina returns to Miguel's apartment to deal with Lyla's new humor. She calls Conchata, who hasn't seen either of her sons. Conchata then begins to leave a message for Gabe about why she is going to kill herself. Gabriel confronts Kasey with an unusual line: "Maybe you'd like to see what I'd be like if I really did get made over into something I'm not." Kasey doesn't change her mind. Venom runs rampant through the hospital as Spider-Man unsuccessfully battles him. SHIELD has come to protect Tyler Stone. Miguel takes his new position in control of Alchemax research and development. He tells Xina, who seems less than pleased. He makes sure Tyler and Dana are safe from Venom for the moment. Miguel believes he must take this position to avoid any power struggles which could hurt innocent people. He tells Winston to contact his mother, dig up all files on the Heroic Age Venom, and to tell SHIELD that Spider-Man is now officially off-limits. Conchata is unexpected pleasant when she hears the news. She turns off her vid-phone and then prepares to kill herself. Winston completes his duties as Venom kills him. Venom captures Dana and Xina as Miguel is given a choice of which one should die. Meanwhile, the Vulture has returned to find Spider-Man, and he believes Kasey Nash can help him accomplish that.
