Summary

  Nate telepathically tells Threnody to use her stored death energies against Holocaust, but she is frozen, so he enters her mind and does it himself. Holocaust lands somewhere in the Mediterranean, and Nate takes the survivors to the hospital.

  In London, Fitzroy pumps Craken for intelligence on Xavier. He finds Maddie cheating at darts and introduces himself, but she brushes him off. He pursues and tries to suck her life energy, but there's nothing there. He realizes she was sent by Selene and attacks her.

  Holocaust returns and attacks Threnody, but Nate comes to the rescue. He shatters Holocaust's armor while Maddie shatters Fitzroy's. Selene, taking vengeance on being repeatedly sliced into ribbons (Uncanny X-Men 301), drains Fitzroy's lifeforce. Threnody warns Nate that since he beat Holocaust, Onslaught will be next. She suggests they get help, and he agrees to contact the Avengers.
