Summary

  Stryfe continues to feed off Nate's power and gets Maddie to join his side. Cable uses the last of his energy to break away, carrying Nate.Latveria is chaos, and the people would flee, if any nation would take them. Ness slips in, to try to stop Nate before he destroys the world.Nate remembers most of this from his nightmares. Cable explains that Stryfe's pyramond focuses energy to him, so they have to attack him from outside. But the pyramond is growing, so Nate slips his molecules right through it, and Cable follows, blasting his way in.Maddie has been sapping Stryfe's power, and when Nate appears, she gives it to him. Stryfe hasn't been fooled and sucks the rest of the energy from her. Cable sends Nate to battle Stryfe while he uses his TK to keep Maddie from discorporating.Nate realizes the hard way that if he battles Stryfe, Stryfe will just suck up the psi-energy. He tells Cable to take Maddie and flee. Ness arrives and warns Nate not to blast Stryfe, or it will destroy half the world. So instead he attaches Doom's power siphon to Stryfe, creating a feedback loop. Stryfe explodes, and Nate escapes with Ness, who explains that he is the Witness.
