Summary

Tokyo: Logan stands on the sidewalk, a FedEx box at his feet, keeping an eye on the people walking by on the street. A payphone rings; it's Emma. He assumes SHIELD is worried since he's been slipping in and out of the grid lately; Emma won't help or hinder him, and she doesn't know where the person Logan is looking for is, but if anyone can find him, Logan can.

Logan picks up his box and walks into a bar; an agent reports to his colonel and is ordered to back off: you don't want to confront Logan in close-quarters. A bouncer tries to stop Logan from entering, but he punches him and goes to the men's room to change into his Wolverine uniform. He beats on the bouncer, saying he'll show him mercy if he does something for him. Later, an agent repots Logan has gone underground, busting through the toilet.

Agents prepare for his arrival from beneath; he climbs up a manhole; when a limo passes overhead, he slashes through the manhole cover and disables it. An agent reports: Logan has attacked the convoy of the Japanese prime minister. Dugan is happy they at least know where he is; he informs the Japanese government they're sending agents but then orders them to hold back. Logan's chosen a good site: a car tunnel, with no way to send air-support. He's hoping the prime minister's new guard will handle it: the Silver Samurai.

Logan confronts him, saying he's hard man to find. The Samurai reminds him he's also just a hard man, and attacks, while the prime minister's security detail speeds him to safety.

Dugan and the Avengers have Emma on the videophone, asking for an explanation. She says Logan's got his memories back (House of M 8). Immediately, facilities around the world destroy their Weapon X files: in the U.S. by hitting the "purge" key, in Canada by smashing computers with hammers, in Russia by burning paper files, and in the U.K. by exploding the facility. One officer shoots himself in the head.

Dugan: "That ain't a good thing, girlie."
