Summary

  As the building bursts into flame, Logan was going to go save her. Storm, with her powers of flight, flies up, thinking that she can save her that way. But Elsie Dee causes a massive explosion upstairs, which prevents Storm from getting any closer. Logan decides to rush into the building to save her, despite the raging inferno.

  Meanwhile, Albert, damaged pretty severly, is thinking about how their mission was almost over, and because of what Elsie Dee had installed into him, he was feeling very sad because Elsie Dee would have died, leaving him alone.

  Back in the building, Logan rushes in, his body totally burned and his hair gone. Elsie Dee was shocked to see how he was all burnt up, and yet, he still came for her. Now she began to have doubts about it, seeing how Logan cared for her that much. Storm comes in, and notices how tense she was. Storm tries to calm her down, but Elsie Dee was telling her that she's an android, and she was concentrating extremely hard to prevent her detonation program from executing and killing Logan (whose body had healed up by now). Logan was surprised. Elsie Dee tells him to go away, since now, she didn't want to see him die. But Logan wouldn't go away, telling her that inside her, she does have some part of human in there that makes her not an android. Logan tells Storm to clear out the boardwalk.

  In Maryland, where all the Gray supercomputers were stored by the federal government in an underground labratory, there was panic there since all their computer was being hacked upon and were running on a random-sequence decoding program. The source: an ordinary phone modem from a Radio Hut store in Venice, CA.

  Albert had went with Sally and his men, and he had told them to stop at a Radio Hut store, where he used the computers there to connect into the Gray Computers in Maryland to run the programs so that he can obtain the numbers to deactivate Elsie Dee's detonation program. With 5 seconds to go, Albert had obtained the code. He wanders outside, where the policemen, armed, opens fire on him, seeing that he was an android. Albert was just able to transfer all the codes to her to deactivate her, before he is shot to the point of deactivation by the police.
