Summary
As Logan and Sabretooth continues their fight underwater, on the other side of the locked door, Cable was unwilling to blow open the door for fear of being flooded. Elsie Dee disconnects her head and hurls it at Cable, knocking him down and allowing Elsie Dee's body to grab the gun and blow the door open, which causes the water to rush from the room where Logan and Sabretooth were fighting into their room.
As the water rushes into the room, all of them are washed up onto a drain gate, which was fast collecting debris that might cause them all to drown if they get underneath them. The next thing they know, the grate begins to operate, smashing the debris like teeth chewing. (The Morlocks had turned the grates on to allow the water to pass through there). To save themselves, while Logan, Sabretooth, AND Cable were fighting, Elsie Dee once again disconnects her head, and sending her body to the giant gears on the machine, releases her detonation squence from hold, blowing up the gears in the process. This causes the water to gush out of that outlet.
While they are swept out into the river, Forge and Jubilee arrives in a SHIELD medicopter that was led by Nicholas Fury. Elsie Dee reveals to Logan that her batteries were almost gone now since her main battery had been in her body, and she didn't have any plugs for her auxilary battery in her head, which meant it was only time before her memories would be wiped clear. After rescuing all of them (plus Elsie Dee's head), Sabretooth had broken loose because they didn't give him enough sedative, and he and Logan once again battles it out on the plane. Using her last bit of energy, Elsie Dee bites into Sabretooth's neck, causing Sabretooth and her to fall out of the helicopter and into the water below.
Nick then reveals to Logan that Sabretooth and Logan were, bloodwise, unrelated, even though Sabretooth kept thinking that Logan was his son. And down in the waters, right before Sabretooth crushes Elsie Dee's head, Albert comes in, slices Sabretooth, and rescues Elsie Dee from having her memories erased by hooking her up to a power source on the sunken Stealth bomber.
