Summary
The Master of Kung Fu goes to Scotland at the request of Reston, his old colleague from MI-6. He realizes he is being stalked by his father's ninjas, who he thought had disbanded. They fight ferociously until Logan shows up. Shang-Chi assumes he's a villain and attacks him. But Logan has martial arts skills and bone claws, too, and Ororo has to pull him off, with lightning.
Reston had also contacted Logan. The X-Men introduce themselves to Shang-Chi. He notices a presence nearby and tosses a statue toward Jean and Scott, psionically hidden till then.
Reston enters, braces on both legs, and explains that the Hellfire Club is after the Elixir Vitae, a chemical compound researched by Shang-Chi's father, which Shaw plans to use it as a vaccine for the Legacy Virus. He can then blackmail the world with it.
Reston briefs them: after the death of Shang-Chi's father, his criminal organization split into four factions, which have all been destroyed recently.
In Hong Kong, one of the X-Men's two limos explodes; Jean quickly erects a TK bubble. They are attacked.
