Summary

  The Decepticon Command Headquarters on Cybertron is in ruins, destroyed by Bludgeon, Dirge, Scourge, and Thunderwing. As Dirge reports the beginning of "stage two," the others activate all of the Decepticons' space bridge portals...

  At the Autobase on Earth, Hot Shot is interrogating Over-Run on Optimus Prime's disappearance, but the Minicon has no answers. As the Space Team probes the alternate realities for Prime, Over-Run explains that his Null-Reality pod might be of help, but it's gone. Meanwhile, at the Decepticon base on Earth, Megatron is frustrated by his inability to decipher the pod Demolishor retrieved. Leader-1 then reports that the Autobots are using subspace probes to search for Optimus Prime, who's gone missing...!

  On the shattered remains of Cybertron, Optimus Prime is still trying to understand what happened, while the mad mechanoid continues to babble about judgement from the Lord of Eternal Night. Prime's skepticism is tested when the devourour appears over Cybertron itself!

  On Cybertron, the Autobots have detected a sharp rise in Space Bridge activity from Decepticon HQ, and Jetfire prepares an assault team to investigate. At the same time, Bludgeon remains at the ruined Decepticon headquarters to kill all interlopers, while the others head to Earth in search of this reality's Megatron.

  Back on Earth, Over-Run has tracked the pod to Silver Ridge, Nevada, and Sparkplug leads a Minicon team to retrieve it from the Decepticon base. But as soon as the Minicons have left, the Autobots are under attack from the Decepticons! Despite the efforts of the Autobots and the Minicons, the Decepticons easily cut through their leaderless efforts.

  Sparkplug's team easily infiltrate the Decepticon base, but before they can find the Null-Reality Pod, a space bridge portal opens, and Scourge, Thunderwing, and Dirge arrive...

  As Megatron gloats over his victory at the Autobot base, he is drawn by the sounds of Decepticons falling in battle. Rushing outside, he is confronted by a new challenger -- Galvatron!
