Summary

  As the eve of Unicron's arrival draws near, Optimus Prime addresses an assembly of all the Minicons on Earth, asking for unity in the coming battle. As a space bridge to Cybertron opens, Sparkplug and Over-Run confirm Optimus' claims. Over-Run explains that his Minicon Matrix has the accumulated spark energy of all of his reality's Minicons, and that they hope that it, combined with the powers of the Minicons themselves, will be enough to stop Unicron.

  As the Minicons mull over this revelation, Optimus Prime offers his goodbyes to Rad, Carlos, and Alexis; the other Autobots have already left, and he will be joing them soon. Everyone panicks when the Decepticons suddenly arrive, but Optimus explains that he invited them to join against Unicron. Megatron and his Decepticons have agreed to the cause, and Megatron releases his captive Minicons as a gesture of goodwill. Setting the space bridge to self-destruct behind them, the Autobots, Decepticons, and Minicons step through.

  In high orbit above Cybertron, a dimensional gate opens -- for Unicron has arrived! Unaware that his heralds were defeated by this reality's Transformers, Unicron tells them that their leaders have been destroyed, and their doom is inevitable. In response, the forces of Cybertron rise up in attack, and the battle is joined! Strapping on a pair of jet boosters, Megatron flies towards Unicron with plans to strike a deal -- unaware that his departure was noted by the Autobots...

  Once more, Optimus Prime and Jetfire powerlink with Sparkplug and Commetor, then unite to attack Unicron directly. Rhinox, Cheetor, Terrorsaur, and Airazor land on Unicron's surface to attack, but are immediately absorbed -- Unicron has sensed that something is amiss, and plans to study them to learn what it is.

  On Cybertron's surface, Over-Run leads the other Minicons to unite their spark power against Unicron. Focusing their combined energy, he combines it with the might of the Minicon Matrix, unleashing a powerful blast that cuts through Unicron completely! The might of the attack nearly destroys Unicron, and he quickly retreats, prompting Optimus Prime to lead the other Transformers back to Cybertron. As Megatron plans to steal Unicron's power, he's confronted by Red Alert, Scavenger, and Hot Shot, who want revenge for the critically-wounded Smokescreen. The three blast Megatron into the depths of Unicron, then retreat just as Unicron vanishes in a blinding burst of light!

  Afterwards, as the Transformers celebrate their victory, Optimus Prime reminds them the need to remain vigilant against evil...
