Summary

  Wisdom lectures to spies about a mad scientist (Roman) working for Cuckoo, who meanwhile sees a bio-reactor go off in San Francisco. Tabitha tries to make Sam resent Wisdom's authority; Sam hotly asserts it as a collaboration.

  Wisdom tells them that the CIA in the 50's experimented with LSD on people and collaborated with Cuckoo.

  In San Francisco, people on the street randomly erupt with mutant powers. X-Force's SUV crashes on the way home.
