Summary

  Rahne wants to stay with Haven, who cured her; a Jamie dupe also joins her. She restates her intention to cause disasters and kill three-quarters of the world, starting with a satellite-induced earthquake in California. This convinces Alex and Lorna to arrest her.

  Haven sends them all to oblivion, and there psychoanalyzes each member of the team. They rematerialize in a cell, and Random has to reform his body from goop. Monsoon and Val release them, revealing that they are secretly working together to stop Haven before she kills more innocents. Haven's troops attack, but when Alex and Lorna work together to blast Haven's satellite out of the sky (good aim!), she calls them off.

  Jamie has come to her to be healed of the Legacy Virus, and collapses. Alex chooses to let her try to heal him. She sends him through oblivion, but he comes back dead. Her inner voice has (belatedly) explained that the Legacy Virus is destined to purge mutantkind.
