Summary

  Connors lost an arm in a war, so he worked on a formula to activate his reptilian DNA and grow a new one. Worked, but then he turned totally lizard, and then injected everyone in the neighborhood. A few years later, the whole west coast of the US is lizard, and a big wall keeps them in.

  The Exiles are dumped into the middle of it, and the lizards go wild. They fight, and then Clarice teleports them away. Heather says the reptiles have become a stable, herbivorous eco-system; Kevin makes fun of her spoor analytics; the Tallus tells Clarice there's a bomb in San Diego Bay that they have to stop.

  Walking there, Kevin comes on to Heather, who just laughs him off and T.J. pre-rejects him, saying he's too white for her. Calvin has something stuck somewhere but won't talk to Clarice about it.

  Navy vessels are sunk in the bay; Calvin sees a rowboat tied to a sub, just as lizards attack. Calvin gets Clarice to teleport them to the sub while the rest of the team holds back the reptiles. Connors is aboard, human and armless again, and planning to fix his mistake by nuking California. Calvin talks him out of it, reminding him radiation tends to spread, and he's still a doctor. He takes his finger off the button but then shoots himself in the head. The Tallus is satisfied and teleports the team away.
