Summary

  Malice in Alex attacks Lorna. She says she is hiding from Sinister and trying to kill Lorna because their life forces are linked.

  Guido catches up with Mary, who fell in love with him in the hospital, but now says it was just a crush. Anthony talks to Rahne: he is afraid of becoming a mutant.

  Lorna puts Alex in a garbage dumpster to hold him, picks up an unconscious Conners, and tries to call for back-up. Malice blasts the phone and holds Conners hostage. Val, unable to get Forge or Quicksilver, picks up Guido and Rahne and flies to the rescue.

  Malice bashes Lorna around but is stopped from killing her by the arrival of Sinister and the Nasty Boys.
