Summary

  Havok has a recurring nightmare about all the people who have controlled his life in one way or another. He wakes, blasts a wall, and finds the Dark Beast's lab, in the Morlock tunnels beneath New York City.

  The Dark Beast is captive in a government facility, spending his time tormenting his guards. Havok arrives, and the Dark Beast assumes he wants to kill him. But instead he frees Fatale and him and has them join his Brotherhood. He plans to actively force humans and mutants to stop killing each other.
