Summary

  Mystique briefs Freedom Force on capturing Rusty for the US government.

  The mayor of New York calls on X-Factor to stop a mutant battle in Central Park (see Uncanny X-Men 209).

  Arthur shows Rusty that X-Factor is being tailed. In trying to help, Rusty is nearly arrested by Freedom Force, is defended by X-Factor, and is rescued by Skids.
