Summary

  Bobby, frozen because of Loki (Thor 377-378), is returned to X-Factor HQ by Thor and learns of Warren's death.

  Warren's funeral is mobbed. Bobby, provoked by Trish Tilby, loses control of his power. The timely intervention of Leech saves him from being exposed as a mutant.

  Apocalypse plans to resurrect Warren as his fourth horseman.

  The governor of California calls on X-Factor to capture Rictor, who has threatened San Francisco. Caliban accompanies them and is asked to join X-Factor.

  Scott talks out-loud to Warren and Madelyne, and everyone fears for his sanity.

  It is revealed that Hodge has been spying on X-Factor and plans to destroy them.

  In San Francisco as the X-Terminators, they engage in a helicopter battle and rescue Rictor, who was actually a captive of a human terrorist group called "the Right."

  To prevent Rictor from shaking down a building, Bobby freezes it solid, but it still collapses. Jean, to stop Rictor's power, momentarily stops his heart via telekinesis.
