Summary

  Maddie watches as Nate wears himself out defeating Tundra. Then she warns him that the other Great Beasts are heading south toward civilization. He wants to die (to avoid blowing up half the world, last iss.), but she gives him back some of his own energy and gets him to be a hero. She ports him close to the Beasts, and he tries a new trick: he telepathically shuts off gravity, shooting them into space.

  Psi-Ops has a lock on Nate. They include technologically enhanced telepaths and plan to capture him, because his power is too dangerous. Ness also tracks Nate.
