Summary

  Outside of the Decepticon base in Silver Ridge, Nevada, Rad, Carlos, and Alexis watch as Megatron gathers the Decepticons and prepares for battle. While the Sparkplug and the other Minicons are trapped inside the base, the humans activate the Minicon panic-pager, while the Decepticons begin a terrorizing rampage on the outskirts of Lincoln, Nebraska.

  Back at the Decepticon base, the humans are confronted by three new Minicons, who confront them about the pager. Rad explains the situation, but the new Minicons refuse to get involved with Decepticons. Frustrated, the humans march off to rescue Sparkplug's team themselves, but the Minicons -- identifying themselves as the Land Military Team -- agree to help.

  In Nebraska, the Autobots have appeared to stop the Decepticon rampage, despite their own lack of Minicons. Equipped with the Star Saber, Megatron easily beats up Optimus Prime, and the other Autobots fare no better. At Silver Ridge, the Land Military Team quickly rescues Sparkplug's group, who asks them to help them save the Autobots.

  Megatron is ready to deliver the finishing blow to Optimus Prime when the Minicons arrive on the scene. They quickly link up with the Autobots, and with the Land Military Team providing extra firepower, soon turn the tide against the Decepticons. Breaking free from Megatron's control, the Air Defense Team turn against him, and the Decepticons retreat.

  As the Air Defense Team and the Land Military Team leave on their own, Optimus Prime muses that the scales of power remain balanced -- for now.
