Summary

  Flashback: Michael Rasputin floods the Morlock tunnels to put them out of their misery (Uncanny 293). Thornn tries to save Sarah, but she is swept out of her grasp by the water.

  Cable goes on a date with Domino (the real one, not Vanessa "Copycat" Carslyle). Thornn interrupts, claiming the Morlocks are alive, so they all climb into the sewers. She gets them to perform the "Ceremony of Light," whereby sunlight is brought into the tunnels. Sarah appears, but says the others are too frightened to come over. Cable and Domino leave Thornn down there, waiting, and go hand-in-hand to catch a chili dog.
