Summary

  Cable falls like a meteorite into the jungles of Wakanda. Tribesmen take him to a doctor, and to their king the Black Panther. Cable decides to stay awhile, and considers his purpose in destroying Apocalypse.

  Irene finds Blaquesmith in Cable's place in New York, and is taken aback.

  Cable, T'Challa, and his cousin Joshua debate Wakandan politics. Joshua has allied with Klaw; Joshua wants to use the vibranium to make Wakanda a military power, while Klaw needs a replacement part for his sonic blaster. Impatient, Klaw turns against Joshua and breaks into the underground vibranium labs, despite the fact that it poisons him. Cable and Panther fight him and trap him into a vacuum chamber. Sound cannot exist in a vacuum, so he dissolves, leaving only his hand unit.

  Cable flies back to New York, having made an ally.
